Using the Greyhound Sectionals

The PNGRC is currently the only club providing opening and closing sectionals for EVERY runner in every race.

David, from Formpro Ratings, provides an introduction to using the sectionals.  In addition to the race by race sectionals, David shows how easy it is to get a report showing the top 20 opening and closing sectionals for all distances used on each race day.

Golden Chase 2020

While the 2019 Golden Chase was memorable for all the rights reasons, the 2020 edition will live long in the memory.

Sadly, after we had found the qualifiers for the final, the Corona virus pandemic was one thing that we couldn't have planned for.

The Club has had no option but to cancel the 2020 Golden Chase and refund all entry fees.

Hopefully, the 2021 Golden Chase will be both uneventful yet memorable for all the right reasons.

Golden Chase 2019

This post type of post would provide information about the Golden Chase.  I'm using info on the Amazing Chase instead.

In the 3rd annual running of the Amazing Chase we'll see an action-packed event with greyhound racing at its finest.

Each of the eight Amazing Chase runners that have previously qualified at Addington, Manukau or Hatrick Raceway, will get a chance to compete for the prestigious Amazing Chase title won in 2018 by 'Bigtime Paddy'.

The Amazing Chase will feature four matches with two greyhounds per match. The greyhound with the fastest time from all four matches will be named the winner.

This year's event is hosted at Addington Raceway where you can get amongst the action with an all-inclusive hospitality ticket. Tickets will go on sale soon at

The Amazing Chase 2019 is supporting Kidscan Charity with all proceeds from the greyhound race entries and a portion of the hospitality sales to benefit the Charity.
